You Can Luxury Real Estate has entrusted us with designing a website and creating a digital advertising strategy. The business of the company is based on the sale of real estate in Croatia to foreign clients, with special emphasis on Italy.

The challenge when creating this website was to combine attractive design with the ease of use of a real estate search site. Tests of the use of the website have shown that the best results are obtained by extracting attractive properties and displaying them on the first page, with a separate search interface for other real estate. We have also added a "luxury" section of the site that only displays luxury properties.

As a database, we used the IRealOne real estate CMS, which allows for easy and fast real estate management, and connected it to a web page to keep the real estate search system up to date with the database.

The website has been translated into Italian and English for foreign clients, with the ability to add new languages ​​when when needed, in order to expand the business to other countries.
